Employer reference ?

Hi:

Do we have to include all technical details in the employer references or just the dates and a brief overview and then include all the technical details in the resume. This is mainly for an RPL assessment where we have to show 4 years worth of references/experience.

I included all the technical bits in my employer references for my ACS assessment. I would think that an RPL assessment would have stricter requirements for employer references.

You have to include very precise letter of reference which includes your duties and time frame of work.
