Employer Nomination Scheme- advice ?!
 

Hi there

Would really appreciate some advice on this:

We;'re applying for PR on the Employer Nomination Scheme. Is it possible for us to be in Australia on a holiday visa whilst our application is being processed, and would it be necessary, upon approval for us to return to the UK, or could it be granted to us in Australia?

We'd really apprecaite some advice.

Yes. Your case officer should know where you are.

You would have to leave Australia to be granted the visa (assuming you have applied
offshore) but it could be granted in Singapore or New Zealand if you preferred.

You don't get any sort of bridging visa to extend your stay in Australia during
processing when you apply offshore.
