Question Emigration counsellor

Just wanted some opinions on this. A friend of mine is thinking of taking a course to become a Counsellor & wondered if there would be much call for sort of an Ex-pats counsellor? She's been here 7 years, so she's gone through heaps of ups & downs. Has anyone heard of something like this already? Seems like it could be useful to some people who come over without friends or families & that might be finding it hard to settle.
Any thought welcome.
