Default Emailing Case Officer in London...

i emailed my case officer yesterday using the following address

[email protected]

I also tried

[email protected]
[email protected]

None of the above two worked.

I got an email from a mail delivery system this morning saying that the email using the top address had not yet been delivered. Does this mean I have the incorrect address??

Does anybody have the address or prefix for case officers in London High Commission?

Cheers

it is - @dfat.gov.au

We have a big server system at work that deals with our emails, and if the server is down for maintenance or crashed or something, it sends back messages saying the email "has not yet been delivered". The message usually keeps trying to get through, and when the server comes back on line it gets delivered. Does that make sense?! So I think, unless you recieve a further message says it hasn't been delivered at all, thetn you are OK, it got through. If the name was wrong it would have come back "undeliverable" at once, and you now know that the second part of the address was correct. Our system keeps trying to deliver emails for 12 hours.
Hang in there Anthony, I think it'll get through at some point today.

Yes, I think it does, even for us.
