I wouldn't know a Chelsea top if it hit me in the face but will tell hubby to look out for one! We're travelling with 3 small children so I'll be the one sitting in the corner guzzling a bottle of valium. :D

Gotta say...if I was wearing a Chelsea top I'd need valium too! I'll be in the bar trying to get away from Mother-in-Law tears. Leave them as soon as possible after check-in I'm thinking!

Chelsea football top? That explains the desire to support Queensland Lions anyway :D

We are going the first week in January too - altho we haven't even booked the flight yet cos it is still a couple of weeks to completion on the house... flying into Brisbane with under-2 year old so the rest of the plane will need valium... :scared:

Don't know what airline to choose tho, maybe the cheapest - is anyone flying business? Have been thinking about it but not sure if it is just a huge waste of money when we're not exactly loaded!

We're not hard to spot!!! Hubby is 6' 6 tall and tends to stand out in a crowd. But seriously...it seems a bit daft to be on the same flight and not have a quick nerve calming drink together beforehand. Might be nice to have a friendly face in Perth when you arrive as well. At least one couple that you can recognise.
PM me and we could keep nin touch up to the day. Maybe exchange mobile numbers so we can meet at the airport after check-in? Or at check-in if it was anything like when haubby flew (same flight) in late September!

Can't really say but hubby, as I said is not a small man at 6' 6. And he's not the tall skinny type either! He found the leg room on Singapore (Economy) to be more than adequate. The food was great and the seats had individual screens. On the long haul bit he had 'on demand' over 60 films and games as well!
It's costing us £470ish each for our flight. Why not join us? Your under two can be kept occupied by Pockygoes twins! :D
