Are there any Elecricians who could offer any help by way of getting my licence in Brisbane? I am currently an approved electrician in the UK and I have been told by my immigration agent that once I pass the skills assessment I will only need to get my licence. Does anyone know how easy it is to get work in Brisbane and what the construction industry it like at the moment in Brisbane?

From what I've seen its not as simple as 'only' need to get a licence. Sparkles is pretty good on how to actually get a licence so I'm sure she can help there.

It's not that straight forward, I'm currently in Australia trying to get my license.
