My wife and I have made a Discretionary Will Trust for our property and assets in the UK. We also have a second home in Perth WA.

1. We have just completed a Legal Will pack from a WA Post Office to cover for our Australian second home in Perth. Is this satisfactory and will satisfy probate after our days?

2. The Australian Legal Will Pack is an interim measure and we hope to change it eventually for an Australian Discretionary Will Trust. We would like to know if this is possible?

3. Very much appreciate some advice on this and suggestion on a Legal firm either in Australia or the UK who can handle this for us.
