Can Anybody Give Me Advice On Where To Look For A Unit For My Son And His Partner, They Are Moving Here Just After Xmas And He Is Going To Ecu, Mt Lawley.
They Want To Live Near The Campus, Well Not Too Near But Not Too Far, Which Suburbs Should Or Should Not Be Looking At, Thanks For Any Help, Denise

I would think Mt Lawley itself would be a pretty good bet, I would imagine given the campus is based there, there should be suitable rentals closeby, Mt Lawley itself as a suburb is quite popular, shops/cafes/restaurants etc. is reasonably close to Nothbridge and Perth City.
I would suggest looking on one of the website like www.realestate.com.au look for rentals in Mt Lawley in the price bracket they have and tick the surrounding suburbs box, this will bring up rental property in suburbs close to Mt Lawley, as always you get what you pay for.
