Default EBAY fraud coverage ..

I heard from a mate that Ebay only cover an individual for $400 Aussie in the event of a fraudulent purchase!
Can anyone verify this?

I wasn't aware of any cover.

I did find this on the ebay site for aPyPal payments though:

At this time, the Seller Protection Policy is only available for U.S. or Canadian sellers transacting with U.S. buyers, and for U.K. sellers transacting with U.K. or U.S. buyers.
