Default Early August Flights to Brisbane

Aiming to get a one way in early august from London to Brisbane and currently the normal travel websites are quoting circa £550 for an adult and £400 for a child.

Does anyone have any current links for prices lower than these rip offs?

Thanks in advance!

Gary

Sometimes it's just a lucky break, we searched for about 2 months every day for our flights once, then bingo, one day the right price came up. It's just a case of deciding when that cut off point is that you can't afford the risk of the prices hiking up any more as you are getting closer to the date - always a difficult call!

www.leestravel.com appear to be very good pricewise, can anyone recommend them or know of any other good and current deals?

Typically the prices will be lower just before you book and just after you book.

I hung on and hung on for late Sep flights. Was about to book a £449 (London to Brisbane) and suddenly it shot up to £520. Panicked. Then finally found somewhere I could still get it for £449. Booked it. A week later, £363 everywhere!

Best thing to do once you've booked it is not to look anywhere on any websites or in any papers for any cheaper prices or you will be dissappointed!

When you've spent months trying to look for the right fare its hard to resist it though!
