e-Record version 5.0 is now available
Just recieved an email from the Ato re version 5. If anyone uses this already it has become a lot more user friendly and now allows for invoicing non GST reg customers:
Dear registered e-Record client
Thank you for registering as a user of e-Record. We are writing to inform you that a new version of e-Record is now available. We encourage you to upgrade to ensure you don’t miss out on e Record’s new features and improvements.
Improvements in version 5.0
Cash book Supports clients who are not registered for GST when creating a new financial year.
Tax invoice Will produce an invoice for clients who are not registered for GST.
Activity statement Includes the Annual GST return (NAT 4646 (form type P)) for eligible clients.
Bank reconciliation The closing June balance and any outstanding cheques/payments will carry over to the new financial year.
Data export Includes the summary of income and expenses. The exported data can then be imported into programs such as Microsoft Excel.
Help and FAQs These are further expanded and updated.
