e mailed case officer

e mailed case officer
Well after taking advice after posting the thread what would you do we finally plucked up the courage to email our case officer.
We simply asked if they had received our meds Xrays form 1022 and a very important stat dec (permission to remove child).
Emailed 12.10 last night checked e mail this morning 07.10 and a reply was waiting for us
Yes all documents received.
Great but the suspense is killing us
I have no fingernails left and because wife was cat B it is even harder .
Cant wait to say GOT IT

but look at it this way now they have had to pick it up
if its all there they may just do it (fingers crossed)

Do either of you have a case officer or just a file number?
i would like to know if my meds have arrived (unrequested) but haven't got a case officer!

a ref number !!
but an agent so i just pestered him and he e mailed them
in the end
(the poor man im on his case all the time will have to get him a bottle of bubbly WHEN visas come)
give it a go !!!
