DON'T take your bread bin - not needed - bread stayes in frig. Ohhhhhh how you will miss that crusty loaf???????

we are just taking what will fit in our suitcases, all six of them. we are quite looking forward to "starting over" again. i vote you dump your stuff, do the carboots, sell what you can. go with a wad of cash.

Imagine you had to start a house all over again here and how much it would cost you.
Well its not going to be cheaper to do in OZ.
If you are shipping personal stuff, you may as well take the lot minus of course, years of accumalted junk.
If you are married or defacto, how long did it take you to agree on a piece of furniture, ie couches. It took us months. !! and do I want to go through all that again? no way pedro.
Take it with you, if you weigh up what the shipping cost is, its peanuts compared to replacing everything.
The only thing we are not taking is a 32" tele, not because of compatibility, just because its so damn big and in my opinion (past experience) they dont travel well unless very, very well packed. Smaller ones tend to fair better. Think because they are so heavy they tend to be banged about more.
