Dual US/Australian Citizen and 401k Queston
Hello.
I am a dual US/Australian citizen that will be retiring to Australia at the end of this year. I was wondering if anyone here is drawing from their 401k account - if so, do you pay taxes on the amount withdrawn in Australia and them claim it as a foreign tax credit when filing your US taxes?

No idea - there are a few forums on Facebook for US / Australian tax questions that can point you in the right direction. Fix the Australia/US Tax Treaty is one of them.
