Driving Licenece for WA

Is it the same as SA, whereby you just fill in a form to get your Australian driving licence?, just a thought for WA

So long as you change your licence within 3 months of arriving then you won't need to sit a test in WA. Just an eye test, fill forms out, and 2 pieces of id with current postal address in Australia.
