Driving licence transfer for non-UK nationals
Does anyone know if I can exchange my British driving licence for an Australian one if I don't have a British passport?
My country doesn't have an agreement with Australia for driving test exemption.

Yes. You're only swapping the licence. As long as it's a valid British one it should be fine.
