OKay, well im 17 years old and will be when I am in australia when i move with my family, can someone please explain to me the whole obtaining a driving license in Aus, like how long you have "R" plates (or aussie equiv.) etc.....

You have "L" plates whilst learning, then no plates after you pass the test (NOTE: QLD ONLY)
