Downtown Perth after 5pm or downtown Croydon (England) after 5pm?
Cold wind howling between the buildings, souless and sterile.........am I wrong? I suppose its like any business district. Does shut down a bit quick though if you ask me.

. The building I work in on Adelaide Terrace was not built very well & when it's windy sounds like a haunted castle.

Most suburbs in Perth, shut down too! I live in West London now and even at 2am on a weekday there are ppl walking around on the high street! Not that I feel any safer!
