Good state primary school. I think the secondary catchment is Churchlands and if it is, that's also got an excellent reputation. Some streets are excellent - some are not so good but still nice.
It has severe subdivisions - basically builders will try to cram as many as 8 houses on what was a single plot - so we found that there was often no garden space and very high density living. Rubbish for kids. If you head outwards one suburb to Karrinyup you'll find many more blocks which haven't been subdivided.
No real yobbish behaviour. Good amenities. Handy for Innaloo shopping centre.
I'd live there if it I good get somewhere for a decent price which wasn't basically a house crammed onto someone's flowerbed.
