It is still a bit academic at the moment - as we can't afford to do the job just yet anyhow - just a bit of strategic planning.
We are more interested in getting the gutters replaced - and finishing our pergola roof. I am getting electric high efficiency panel heaters for the bedrooms too for the time being as well - costs are low - and startup costs are low too. Baby needs to be warm. Baby will be arriving in the Spring.
