Saying Wollongong is in 'South Sydney' is like saying Milton Keynes is in 'North London'. |

Oh God... not the "its cheaper at the fruit and veg man" line again. !!
There are two fruit and veg shops near me... one sits directly facing a Coles, the other directly facing a Woolworths... and neither of them is cheaper than their supermarket rival if you start comparing like for like. I hear the line that its cheaper at the fruit and veg man all the time... and cheaper at the local butcher... and from my own personal experience... no it bloody isn't. I think i've agreed with you on this issue before and agai i'll second your sentiments ..... NO IT FRIGGIN AINT ANY CHEAPER AT THE LOCAL BUTCHERS,BAKERS AND TOSSIN' CANDLESTICK MAKERS  |

So, saying that large parts of Australia don't have the same choice as Melbourne is "mis-information". Interesting argument... stupid, but interesting non the less. When does comparing your experience living in a town of 25,000? people in regional NSW stack up against living in a major city of 3,600,000 people in VIC. Oh, thats right, in your mind. FFS - its like comparing the service you get in Inverness to the service in Manchester. |

Wollongong is "South Sydney", apparently. I'm waiting for confirmation to see if I'm actually in "North Melbourne" |

So to show their rugged independence, the Nabobs of the Colony stuck "New" in front of South Wales. .... and a star was born :) |

I withdraw from the field and beg your grace... |
