Donna Hay vs St Delia
My big discovery since moving here has been Donna Hay. Her recipe books are just fantastic. They are simple and they work. I am a complete covert. Sorry Delia.

No one could possibly de-crown Delia, except perhaps, Nigella, Gordon or Nigel Slater (his 30 minute cook book is fab)

Whenever we don't know how to prepare or cook something the cry always goes up... "Ask Delia..." and her well used and battered cook book is brought out. I'll look forward to looking up this other cook. Got any weblinks?

Yes, but all the links I find just tell you how to buy books and magazines. None of them give any sample recipes or freebies!

Yeah, I've noticed that with a few websites here, no freebies or samples.
I think Donna just wants your money. Stick with St Delia
Oh actually, just to contradict myself
Better Homes and Gardens
Better homes and Gardens ( a popular programme here on Channel 7) does samples and recipes, its quite good.

Yeah, but not when I'm cooking, it might get food stains on it
