Dogs in sleeping bags

I finally gave in, we bought a toy poodle, my son called him Hendrix after Jimi. Only problem is trying to find campsites which take dogs. Most say conditions apply, which means not in school hols. So if you care about kids edu and have a dog its very difficult.

Plus they dont have radiators in Brisbane to tie your dog to. (only joking pet lovers i like him really)

Any help on Brisbane sites would be great

I do not think you will get any replies because dog friendly areas do not exist down here. The Aussie and the Kiwi authorities are totally dogophobic. The no worries mentality is a LIE.

I have Kiwi and Aussie friends who are pissed off with all the restrictions but they have lived in the UK and now understand. Others do not quite get it.

Here in NZ they are obsessed with saving the Kiwi bird and I agree with that. You can not take dogs anywhere but forest companies can rip the f@#k out of the natural environment and new housing estates are popping up everywhere ( even in so called natural habitats) Remember these people bring cats and cars and lawnmowers.

Really they should be some sort of compromise and real areas for people to exercise their dogs, not a few pokey parks or the beach between certain times ( usually in the middle of the night)

There is enough space down here to allow this.

Sorry for the rant but it just pisses me off.
