Hi

As we have bought a house we have to now break our lease and are looking for someone to take on our place. It is in the beachside suburb of Scarbough.

Its a unfurnished 3 bed townhouse with a bathroom upstairs and 2nd toliet downstairs. Its walking distance to the beach and is near a nice reserve. Its 300 pw and the landlord is very nice.............Would be ideal for a couple or even a 2 or 3 of friends sharing.....

Its also in a secure complex, with 2 parking spaces.......
