Does anyone know average Carpenter wages in Melbourne or Brisbane
Hi people I am hoping to emigrate to OZ sometime next year, but I am having difficulty getting some basic average wages. I am thinking of going to Melbourne or somewhere in Queensland Brisbane, Gold Coast etc 
If anyone has any knowledge on this maybe you will know if this wage is enough to support a family of 3 with rent, food, utility's etc.? Any info would be extremely helpful thanks Steven

Any info would be extremely helpful thanks Steven I recently employed two carpenters here in Melbourne, one was a fourth year apprentice and charged me $20 ph, the other was very experienced and charged me $50ph. The fourth year apprentice has since become fully qualified and his rate is now $35 ph.

I recently employed two carpenters here in Melbourne, one was a fourth year apprentice and charged me $20 ph, the other was very experienced and charged me $50ph. The fourth year apprentice has since become fully qualified and his rate is now $35 ph.
