Funny enough my BIL said he had a bad take away from there the other week, but he has always had a good meal when they have been their.

Buzzy - we are in Melbourne at the end of August, from the 26th - 29th - we would love to assess the quality of the curry establishments in the Parkdale area & see if they live up to the splendid shabbiness that you describe. Also we would be particularly interested in the musical entertainment on offer, ergo the slightly distorted elevator-music rendered in typical eastern sitar-ian form
If the curry night could be postponed, or even a second one organised, we would very much like to join you all

We're going to meet at Kasturi in Frankston at about 6pm - early enough so the kids can eat with us. Ours love the poppadoms......

Hi, sorry about not replying sooner. I was dithering about whether or not to get a babysitter and my friend who usually sits is having him tonight for a sleepover. However, seeing as you're bringing the girls and going nice and early we'll all come along too.
So count us in CAROLINE G - 2A 1K
We're actually trying out the Kasturi tonight as we've got the opportunity to go out alone so we'll let you know what we think. It's probably a bit piggy of us but sod it

OK we now have
Buzzy - 2A 2K
The Crow Family - 3A
Sianystar - 2A 1K
Manwinoname - 2A 2K
Caroline G - 2A 1K
Sian, time to book I reckon.... If it's a buffet as I understand it is there'll be no issue with them being unable to cope with large numbers.
Caroline - could you please book us in while you are there tonight?
I also notice that it is a BYO so could everyone bring a bottle or two?
Thanks
Buzzy

BTW There's a First Choice Liquor in Bayside Shopping centre nearby but I'm not sure what time it's open until but the BWS drive thru bottle shop on the Nepean H.Way(along from the Frankston Foreshore Bridge that's lit up) is usually open until late.
