Does anybody know of a good divorce Lawyer in Sydney please?
Hello
First of all its not for me!
A good friend of mine is splitting up with his partner and needs some good advice from a good divorce lawyer in Sydney?
Does anybody have a personal recommendation rather than using google?

Opps, forgot to mentions there are children involved in the breakup, it that helps someone recommend a lawyer.

Try going through the NSW Law Society they should be able to give you a list. They might qualify for Legal Aid.
To start proceedings they don't need a lawyer as the forms needed (for court that is) are very straight forward and until matters come to trial, if it gets that far, people can go through the system themselves
