being interviewd for a role in Woolies in Bella Vista, anybody give me a heads up on the culture of the company. What Bella Vista is like and suggested locations within an hours commute.

Bella Vista is slap bang in the middle of the Hills District which is a mammoth suburban area. Bella Vista and all the surrounding suburbs are respectable family suburbs, if a little bland. It's typical McMansion land around there.

One of the disadvantages of the Hills District is its distance from the city (where lots of people work) but you wouldn't have that issue if you're working locally. I bet a lot of people who live in the Hills District would kill to get a good job in Bella Vista.

So a search on 'Hills District'. It's been discussed a lot, previously.
