Do it yourself shipping?
Has anyone tried this from Brisbane?
We've done it before in other countries with small loads (20 x boxes) however this time we have some furniture (1 bed flat) It's good old IKEA furniture so not too expensive and I think the cost of shipping to Singapore is going to be excessive.
We're thinking of trying to cut out the middle man and going direct to the shippers/air transporters.
Any thoughts on this would be welcome.

Have a search for old threads. I am sure at the end of it the cost between DIY and getting packers to do the whole things is minimal. If you do it yourself it is a massive job.
