do you want to be in my bricklaying gang??
well if everything goes to plan i will be in perth in a couple of months and i will jump in with a subby to learn the ropes.
most of the work is on bungalows so it straight forward cavity work.
so after a while i would hope to be part of a gang straight to the builder earning $500+ a day.
i would of thought it in all our advantage to exchange details and stay in touch.we could all set a few gangs up.
if anyone is interested ,let me know .

Hi Aston Man, Please could you tell me if bricklayers need to be licensed in Perth? My OH is Bricklayer we have our visa (as of yesterday - Yipey) and were heading over to Brisbane but the license thing has put us off not to mention the fact that you only get paid $25 - $30 an hour - Is the work situation still as good as everyone says it is in Perth? Are you now in Aus?

OH is brickie, is with gang working NOR at mo but will be looking to be going it alone (as it were) shortly, we have been here about 7 wks and i think hes looking at working a bit more local (the only reason he is NOR at mo is friend of friend if you know what i mean) he has hit the sack for tonight but i will tell him to get on here tomorrow and touch base with you, i'm pretty sure he would be interested, heve you got a date for coming over yet??
