Default Do you pay per year for a course or is it all inclusive??????

Hi All
Need a little information please.
Just looking at infomation about a Level 3 Bricklaying course in Nambour for hubby - its says that the course costs 22,500AUD. Does this mean that the whole course of 2 years costs 22,500AUD or does it cost 22,500AUD per year.
Sorry if it a daft question but it doesnt actually say either way and need to know how much we need to save up .
Thanks very much for any replies in advance.

We've looked at the same course, I think you'll find that's for the 2 yrs, the whole course.

It would be awfully expensive if not. I may be wrong, but that's how I understand it.

Well we can't decide which one of us should do it! He's happy to retrain but then so am I. We need to work out which one of us would benefit in the long term by retraining.

I'm not sure what course i'd do tho. Don't really fancy hairdressing, although if needs must and all that!

I want to go now! but realistically it would be next year, maybe spring time. We're still undecided whether to persevere with the business visa 163 route (we own a business but need extra turnover)

Bye for now

Hi Rach
Thanks for your reply - thank god for that thats great news must admit i was a bit worried - we'd have been saving for ever more if not.
What course are you intending to do - im hoping i can carry on working with children when i get over there but if not i will have to think about retraining also.
Thanks again

Hi Sam

No worries I'm half way through a web design course - hoping to make my millions from home when I've finished as getting part time work around school hours seems to be harder here than in the UK. I love going to TAFE though I must admit

Did you work in schools or as a child minder?

Hi Rach
That sounds a good plan .
I started off as a childminder when my kids were little, went and did my NNEB when they went to school and for the last 14 years ive worked with children with special needs - age range 5 to 16 years. Would love to carry this on but they dont seem to need my expertise as was hoping to come over on this originally .
Our lads all want to come over eventually as well but wont come without us - was hoping they'd come and then sponsor us but 4 years is a long time they keep telling me without us - wouldnt mind but they are 23,22 and 20. We also have my dad living with us so will be looking to get him over as well if we are lucky enough to get PR - plus 4 dogs, a hamster and a partridge in a pear tree .
Take care and i wish you luck with your millions .

Hi Becky
Yeh we are like that as well just want to get going - just been reading some other threads tho and some of the courses are booked up through 2009 now so me thinks we need to pull our fingers out if we want to get them on a course.
I dont understand the business route - never looked into it as never needed to but i wish you luck if you do go down that route - shame you are a bit short of their target - seems a little unfair really because if you already run a business here it shows you could very easily run a business over there as well?????
Take care and good luck.
