Well I will be going to her place for Christmas Day and Boxing Day so will have no say in the matter on what we eat I suppose, unless I want to get into the kitchen and cook!!
Hopefully they will at least have some ham, oh I do like that on a sarnie with a bit of mustard.
I will probably go and buy some food this week to take down, important stuff like Quality Street and Mr Kipling mince pies.

My only gripe is that Quality street is not such in ready supply as Roses. It's a self-serving gripe not a disaster.

BIG W used to be really good for those big tins of chocolate and the like, I don't know if it still is as I haven't been there for a few years now.

If you live in Queensland right now you should feel right at home for christmas - it's been raining for what seems to be 3 months straight

I don't blame you, I would too, what the hell are they playing at, every ad that's ever been made about Australia has never had a rain drop in sight, how dare it rain here!

All I can hear are frogs/toads giving loud vent to their joy.
AND my toes are actually cold tonight

Well if its any consolation for those that are cold, I am very hot and very sweaty and would quite like a thunderstorm to clear the air.
