Do we/Dont we?????
We are waiting on a court case for the older kids to change their surnames and grant myself PR thus removing it from their natural father.
Could we put in our VISA application in now and then just do a change of detail/circumstance form at a later date.
Or are we better off waiting for the court case to end and then put the VISA application in then?
Any help would be great.
