Rubal,
With 2 years + a 4 year degree, I think you would qualify for the ACS assessment.
But to know whether you'd get the visa you'd have to add your points. It will depend
on age, English, bonus points, whether your occupation is on demand (Java is on
demand right now, but you'll need the ACS to say you have worked with Java for 12
months and who knows if it will still be on demand by the time you get your visa
processed), etc.
If you add all your points and you have 115, you should pay to have your skills
assessed by the ACS.
