Do I need fresh Police Clearance Certificates
 

I had applied on Sept 23rd 2000 under Skilled
Independent (teacher) Category for
PR to Australia. Due to certain reasons the case got delayed.
Now that all the things are clear, the ACG Mumbai at India is shut!!!
Can anyone tell me when the ACG will reopen?

And my Police Clearance Certificates were submited
to the Embassy more than a year back. As they have have a validity
period of 6 months from the date of issue,
will I be asked to submit fresh the Police Clearance Certificates
to the Embassy
