I have been a web designer for eight years. I have done bachelors in Arts (History, economics, Political science). I don't have relevant qualification. I've done courses in Java, ASP, C++ and Graphics. Though I have the certificates I don't have mark sheets.

Presently I work with PHP/MySql, Photoshop, Dreamweaver MX, Flash MX etc. I am a team leader. With my experience and skill set can get assessed positively?
