Default Divorce on 176 WA Sponsorship

Hi, wondering if anyone can tell me what the situation is when a couple separate after validating their visas - I know the main applicant gets to choose whether to stay or leave, but what about the spouse and children? Thanks

As far as I know once the 175 or 176 visa is validated, it's active and there are no continued validity issues for any of its dependant visa holders in cases such as divorce, etc. I'm sure one of the experts will be along shortly to confirm exactly that.

So long as the visas are validated there are no issues. All visa holders are permanent residents and have the same rights as the original main applicant.

Thanks for quick response. Hope it won't come to that but glad to know I have options too
