Does anybody know of any SCUBA diving clubs and Running/Triathlon clubs in the Perth (rockingham) area ?

I think there is a diving school/club on Rockingham beach road right opposite the park and ocean, not sure if it'll mention it here, but try this link for more info: www.annabella.net/rockmap.html

The two main running clubs in the Perth area are the West Australian Marathon Club (based at Burswood) and the Veterans Athletics Club - various venues. The latter caters for both track and field and road running - you have to be over 30 to be a member of the Vets [although not to train with them]. Most races/fun runs in Perth and adjacent areas are organised by one of these two groups. Although a fair number of people run here, it is not really done on a club basis as is the case in the UK or South Africa (where I have run previously). I suspect that there may not yet be a formal club in Rockingham but I would be very surprised if there were no (big) 'semi-formal' groups (I am on the northern side so don't really know Rockingham at all - try a Google search)
