Distinctive Homes, SA. Any one used them?

We have designed our own house and have got 4 building companies 'bidding' for the job. I am happy that I have a balanced view of the other 3 contenders but I don't know anyone who has built with these guys. At the moment they seem to be the front runners - price is good, happy with the service received so far, consultant seems pretty clued up (unlike some I have met!!!), happy with the finish on the show homes we looked around.
So just up for some opinions please! We are planning to make our final decision this weekend so not looking for advice on alternative builders (thanks anyway!).
