Really just wanted to know if anyone had contacted their CO over the head of their agent?? If so, how

Also, how do you find out who your CO is?

nope, I was too chicken, our visa took from Mch 2004 to April 2005!

We did and we found out they needed something that they'd emailed our agent about, an email that our agent didn't get.

So it worked in our favour as we were able to sort it out.

My belief is your agent works for you so you should instruct your agent to contact your Co if you are that concerned
