Diet clubs in Oz?
Does anyone know of any good ones? need to go on a bloody diet

Weightwatchers is over here. There are a lot of Jenny Craig places about too - Sam tells me that you actually buy your meals from them you are so tightly controlled on what you eat. Kirsty Alley does adverts for them saying she lost a few stones on their diet.

Cheers, will have a look into them give them a call.....maybe better to go for the controlled food one tee hee....saw a bit of an TV interview with Kirsty Alley, she seems a bit mad doesn't she Sue x

its been creeping up & up since I got here and Christmas hasn't helped Snow....had an e.mail from my sister and they've had some snow too, must say..... something I'm not missing!!

I'll go and look into it in a mo.I've looked into the above diet and I'm waiting for someone to call back, just want to ask a couple of questions.....sounds good as it sorts all your meals out
