Default Desperately seeking Doreen!

Hi

I wonder if anyone can help me locate this British expat?

Seeking information about Doreen Wellsbury (maiden name) who emigrated to Australia from England in the 1950's.Doreen was living and working in London in the early 1950's. She was employed by Marks & Co, 84 Charing Cross Road, London WC2. The shop made famous in the book by Helene Hanff. More details at www.84charingcrossroad.co.uk

Many thanks
Steve

Oh dear, a bit like finding a needle in a haystack I think. It is a shame you dont know her married name though as mayebe someone could have checked the white pages. Maybe she was a ten pound pom.
