I have and ETA but i'm a bit worried about shipping me and my family out there until the 457 has been approved .. i have a 1year old daugher and worry about the upheaveal (sp!) if we had to return!!

A lot of 457 visa applications get declined because there is some problem with the sponsorship.

You should also be thinking about a permanent visa - if you don't get one you will face that one-way trip home sooner or later.

Cheers for your reply ..

A colleague is already at the company so i guess the sponsorship itself will be fine ..

I'll currently trying to negotiate ENS but may have to wait until i'm there to start that
