we arrived two weeks ago in the north lakes/mango hill area of brisbane, does anyone have any clue how i go about getting a game of 11 a side football/soccer!! as they call it here, i have not got a clue were to start.

any help most appreciated.

Hi Malcom (I pressume Donna's not asking this ). 'Fraid I only know directly about Touch Footy (me) and AFL (partner).

My Brother plays for Peninsula Power (in Redcliffe). They've got loads of teams at different levels. They'll be in the phonebook. It's a nice club, really sociable too. Everyone stays for a drink afterwoods at the clubhouse. Quite a few expats there aswell, as you can imagine.
