desparate for info plz ...............
hi, need some info plz on where to send police checks onto, dimia already have visa app. and where do meds get sent to by doctor. Front loading and heard they can go missing quite easily if not properly addressed. it's form 26a and e160 . for 136 modl visa. any info at all much appreciated.

You need to send your police checks to the same address you sent your visa application to at ASPC. Just put a cover letter in with the police checks with your file reference number on it so they can match it up. Your file reference is on the email you received from dima acknowledging your application. You also need to write your file number on the front of the envelope.
Your medicals/xrays will be sent directly to LCU in Sydney. Your panel doctor will have the address for that but again he/she will need your case file number to match it up with your application.

The meds will have a section for your reference to be put on. If your number isn't on this they won't be able to match it up. Our doc sent meds direct to Sydney we didn't do it. I must admit I thought they all did this
