Question Dependents

What's the best course of action to prove your over 18 year old is dependent on you, even though she works full-time?

Thanks

It may not be possible to prove such a child is dependent, if working full time and not in education.

Get professional advice on the options, but you may have to consider other ways to get your child to Australia in the longer term (a mix of working holiday visa, student visa, skilled sponsored and remaining relative).

Hi

Our 19 yr old went back to college so that she was classed as dependent. We just had to submit enrolment details.
