Defacto
Hiya
Im afraid another defacto question. I have an australian partner
we have been together for 3 years but only have a tenancy
agreement for the last year. I can now apply for the visa as we
have the 12months living together evidence. However he has
not worked for the past year as he had used his uk work visa
before and I have used my one year for Australia.
Before this year we spent 6 months travelling.
Does anyone know if this will go against us....we can prove that we both have sufficient savings, but he has no evidince of
employment for the last 18 months
Also a few of you have mentioned front ended application
what does this mean?????
any advise would be appreciated
cheeeeeers
