declaring over 10000AUD
hi all,
do we get taxed when declaring it ? what is the best way to take cash in to aus ? i am planning to sell my house in my home country so i will be bringing in over 10000aud. is it cheaper to do a bank to bank funds transfer ? thanks mihiri |

You should use a money transfer company like Hifx or Tranzfers both are reputable and hundreds of people have used them from this site. |

Western Union is CRAP!! I would speak to biggest local banks and work out a wire transfer deal. You can fill in the forms and leave the destination account null and then ask family to submit it with cash/check once you have an account in Oz.
