My girlfriend arrived over a year ago on a Visitors Visa for 6 months but returned to her home in Europe prior to it running out and got a WHV. We have lived together now for 12 months and she is going to apply for PR as de facto. She has had to work, more than she should let's say under the counter, to save for the expense of the PR application and fees for solicitor. We have money in joint bank account but what checks will be made and will we have any problems.
I will nominate her for the application. |
