Default D.i.y.

Hi All,

I did a search for this question, and got no returns so please excuse me if it has come up before.

Are there any DIY stores, mainly around the Brisbane area that would be of the same size and carry the vast range of goods as B&Q, here in the UK.

If anyone can let me know & if the stores have websites that would be great.

Thanks, Mark.

Bunnings is the main one. Theres a couple of warehouse size ones. Mitre10 is somewhere else to try, though more 'washers and screws' than 'timber and tools!!'

Not sure whether they are in Brisbane.......we live in Sydney but try Bunnings and Mitre 10. If you do a search I'm sure you will come up with a website for them.

No doubt about it - Bunnings by a mile.

There used to be a BBC Hardware house, that was very good, but Bunnings and BBC Hardware combined.

Ayway i'm off out soon, I had to go to Bunnings and you've just reminded me

Hopefully not much, but you never know.

I just wanted to check things out before we leave the UK.

In that case, Bunnings are as good as B&Q etc in the UK and prices are good too.
